Add a message (optional)
Write the first message people will send you, like "Hi, I'd like to book a table". It's filled in when the chat opens, and they can edit it before sending.
-

About WhatsApp QR codes
The QR code opens a wa.me link, WhatsApp's own click-to-chat address. When someone scans it, WhatsApp opens a chat with your number, with your message already typed if you added one. They don't need to save your number first.
A static code has the WhatsApp link built into the pattern, so it can't be changed after you print it. A dynamic code points to a short link that you can edit at any time, for example to switch to a different number, and it counts how many times it's scanned. Dynamic codes come with a free Hovercode account (3 on the free plan).
