Can I share analytics?

You can share your analytics in a couple of ways if you're on a paid plan.

The first is you can share the analytics page for an individual QR code. You can do this by clicking on the "..." button in the top right, then creating a share link. Note that if you do this, anyone with the link can access the analytics for that QR code.

Reports

The second option is to export your tracking data as CSV reports (which can open in spreadsheet software like Excel)

To do this go to Settings -> Export data and then select the type of export you want.

Download QR codes is to download a ZIP file of QR codes. This is not related to analytics.

Download activity data - This is a CSV which includes each scan as a row. If you want to slice and dice your data, this is likely the best option as it includes the most raw scan data.

Download report - This is more of a summary of your data. Each row is for a QR code and includes the number of scans it has had.

Both of the above reports can be filtered by date ranges and by tag, so if you want to download reports for specific times or specific QR codes than it's possible.

Note that you need to be on the Business plan or above to access reports.
